As a volunteer with Interchange’s After School Program, you’ll help children and young people with disability enjoy fun activities, make friends, and achieve their goals. You’ll always be supported by trained staff and be part of a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Join in activities like craft, cooking, sports, board games, and outdoor play
  • Support participants one-on-one or in small groups
  • Communicate respectfully, using words, pictures, or gestures as needed
  • Help promote a safe and positive environment for everyone
  • Ask questions and seek guidance whenever unsure
