SEEKING COUPLES AND FAMILIES TO VOLUNTEER TOGETHER TO CHANGE A CHILDS LIFE

We are seeking to recruit volunteer couples or families who are interested in helping children by becoming mentors (whom we call Aunties & Uncles) to a child in your local area. We aim to build a long-term relationship that is fun and rewarding for everyone involved. There are children waiting for matches to an auntie & uncle now.

The volunteer/s will commit to seeing the child once a month, becoming an extended support network for the child and engage in fun, Child friendly activities to that support the child to thrive. There is ongoing support from a skilled case manager throughout the entire process.

Requirements

• Be over 21 years of age

• undertake mandatory checks through our eligibility and suitability process

• Attend training

• have a Current driver’s licence

• have a genuine joy for children
