Migrant and Refugee Settlement Services of the ACT (MARSS Australia Inc.)
MARSS Australia Inc is a not-for-profit organisation, providing settlement services & support to people who have lived in Australia for less than 5 years.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a current Working with Vulnerable People Card
- Ability to travel within the Canberra region
- Provide one-on-one tutoring in English, literacy, numeracy, or general academic support
- Assist adult learners with their personal learning goals, including -completing homework or assignments
- Encourage and build learner confidence in a safe, supportive environment
- Maintain regular attendance and communication with the program coordinator
