Shopify E-commerce/Social Media

The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of the Fair Trade and Gift Shop.

What you’ll do

• Help manage and update our Shopify online store
• Create engaging product descriptions, promotions, and marketing content
• Promote our products across social media platforms
• Publish regular weekly posts and campaigns
• Help increase website traffic, customer engagement, and sales
• Share our organisation’s story and connect customers with our mission
• Work as part of our friendly and creative social media team

What we’re looking for

• Experience using Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
• Knowledge of online promotion, digital marketing, and social media
• Strong written English and the ability to create compelling content
• Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in helping an organisation grow
• Reliability and the ability to contribute regularly each week
