Volunteers will play a vital role in helping residents, whether in wheelchairs or walking, to and from the service. This involves collecting residents from their rooms, accompanying them to the service, and escorting them back afterwards. This role is perfect for individuals who are friendly, possess excellent communication skills, and have a calm and caring nature. Volunteers will have the opportunity to provide essential support to elderly residents, helping to foster their independence and enhance their mental well-being through meaningful interactions and friendships.
