Carriage Cleaners- SteamRanger Heritage Railway
Advertised by Southern Volunteering (SA) Inc Fleurieu
SteamRanger Heritage Railway maintains and operates a number of different heritage steam and diesel hauled tourist trains between Mt Barker in the Adelaide Hills, up over the crest of the southern Mt Lofty Ranges, down to Strathalbyn and on through the coastal holiday towns of Goolwa and Port Elliot to the tourist resort town of Victor Harbor.
Would you like to join our team as a Carriage Cleaner at either our Mount Barker or Goolwa Depots?
The role involves both interior and exterior cleaning of carriages, with weekday work available at Mount Barker and weekend work at Goolwa.
The carriage cleaning at Goolwa would be at the end of the day after the train finishes, and would be a short duration shift.
Carriage cleaning at Mount Barker would be a bit irregular, organised as needed by the carriage cleaning coordinator.
Volunteering with SteamRanger is a rewarding, and exciting experience, and is open to people from all walks of life.
