Volunteer driver for the new Transport Connect Pilot Project in Seaford area

Volunteer drivers will take eligible locals to the Healthy Futures Hub in Seaford or nearby services. The aim is to help people who have transport or confidence issues connect with vital community services, and also make them aware of new activities or social groups available to them. We also want to build a feeling of belonging through friendly, volunteer-led transport.
