This is an excellent opportunity for the right Perth based individual to play a leadership role in the energy transition through influencing government policy and public education

This is an exciting time for SEN. It is consolidating its strengths through a new Framework for Organisational Development and Growth and new policy platform to hasten the energy transition in WA.

Individuals will benefit from working with a like-minded team bringing about much needed change.

In this role, your responsibilities will cover:

Onboarding new members and placing them into Working Groups as required / as applicable to the individual’s passion and commitment availability Encouraging membership engagement, inclusion and flow of ideas (in-reach)Supporting emotional wellbeing amongst active membership to manage burn-out. Managing regen programmes, training and social cohesion events such as an annual social get together (not the AGM) Build the Working Group and hold regular meetings. Prevent and manage potential personal conflicts. Seek committee approval for key decisions. Staying in alignment with SEN’s Vision, Mission, Values, Strategy and Policies.

It would suit someone with a management and / or community engagement background with 5+ years' experience and willing to learn effective advocacy, organisational management, governance and risk.
