Volunteer Office Assistant

Southern Communities Transport Scheme provides essential transport for clients who need assistance getting to medical appointments, social outings or community activities.

We are seeking volunteers who can commit to a minimum of one, 3.5-hour shift per week. Volunteer hours fall between Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm.

Key tasks:

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance. • Assist with filing, data entry, and other office tasks. • Calling clients to confirm bookings • Assist with Client registrations
