Aged Care Social Groups Assistant & Bus Driver - Fridays

 Safely drive the bus or transport vehicle to designated pick-up points  Assist seniors with boarding and disembarking the bus, ensuring their safety at all times  Provide a friendly and supportive environment, offering assistance to seniors as needed  Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departure  Assist people where necessary to get in and out of the bus, into the building, lift, reception area etc  Comply with the Transport Policy and all other WCS Policies and Procedures  Ensure vehicle is always driven within the law, with due attention to road rules and speed limits, and is always appropriately parked. Parking/speeding fines are the responsibility of the volunteer. WCS will not provide supporting documentation should an employee/volunteer attempt to have a fine rescinded, except where there are exceptional circumstances  Drivers are requested to insist that each passenger is wearing a seat belt  Communicate program and/or client needs effectively
