Main responsibilities include:

Assisting with ticketing, registrations and general event coordination

Assist in event set up and pack down including decorations, signage and seating arrangements as well as cleaning at the end of the event

Welcoming guests, answering questions, directing attendees and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
Training

Induction and familiarisation visit with the property and staff

On-the-job training in hygiene, customer service and event operations including best practices for interacting with attendees and enhancing their experience

Training in Safe Work procedures for works at the property
