Bridge to Belonging is delivered by Communicare in partnership with Centrecare and is available to individuals and families in the South-East and South-West metropolitan regions of Perth and Mandurah.
The program works to support newly arrived humanitarian entrants and eligible migrants as they begin their new lives in Australia. It helps them become active members of their local communities, build connections and relationships, and understand more about Australian life and customs.
Our team also provide support with issues like housing, education, training, jobs, and citizenship.
We're seeking passionate volunteers to join our program to assist humanitarian entrants, and other vulnerable migrants and their community to achieve settlement goals and integrate successfully.
About Communicare Since opening our doors in 1977, our passion for delivering high quality, people-focused support services continue to flourish. In May 2020, we became the new custodian of White Ribbon Australia, establishing a national footprint for the organisation.
