POLISH Volunteer Visitor
We are seeking a friendly, Polish-speaking volunteer to make regular visits to a lonely gentleman living in aged care in Greensborough.
Visits may involve:
- Having a friendly chat
- Playing a board game
- Helping with an activity like craft or gardening
- Going for a gentle walk
Just one hour a week can bring joy and reassurance to someone who needs it most — and it might brighten your day too.
If you are kind, reliable, and comfortable interacting with people experiencing the ups and downs that come with dementia and the ageing process, we'd love to hear from you.
The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) is funded by the Australian Government and delivered by MS Plus. MS Plus is a child safe organisation with a Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy.
