Ted Noffs Foundation (Noffs Shops) is a nationwide not-for-profit charity dedicated to supporting disadvantaged young people through services including emergency housing, safe spaces, counselling, and drug and alcohol programs. One of the main ways we fund these vital services is through our Noffs Shops – and it all begins in our Petersham warehouse.

Our warehouse is the heart of our operations, where generous donations are sorted and prepared for distribution across our Op Shops. We're currently looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and help transform donated goods into funds that support young people in need.

About the role

As a Volunteer Donation Sorter, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure quality donated items find their way into our stores, helping to raise vital funds while keeping usable goods out of landfill.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes being part of a team, and wants to make a real difference in their community.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Sorting donated clothing, accessories, bric-a-brac, toys, and shoes
• Assessing items to ensure they meet quality and condition standards
• Organising goods ready for distribution to our Op Shops
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
