With your help as a mini‑bus driver, elderly residents at HammondCare Residential Aged Care will enjoy fun and relaxing short outings around the local community 🚐😊.

You’ll be joined by one of our care staff, who will support residents and look after their needs throughout the trip 💛👩‍⚕️.

Your friendly presence can make each outing a highlight of their week 🌼✨.

Your impact
