Key Responsibilities ·

1. Cashflow Monitoring: Maintain an up-to-date cash snapshot and ensure clear visibility of the organisation’s financial position.
2. · Oversee the Financial operation team including bank reconciliation reviews.
3. · Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and assist in developing and updating the annual budget.
4. · Reporting: Provide periodic financial reports to the Board/Finance Committee, highlighting key trends, risks, and recommendations.
5. · Compliance & Oversight: Support alignment with relevant financial standards and ensure responsible use of charitable funds.
6. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Grants Officer, review Grant applications and Programs team to align financial planning with strategic initiatives. Collaborate with chapter’s treasurer and help to deliver and achieve the targeted treasury top-down budget.

Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor Degree of Accounting qualification or CPA/CA qualified · Solid Experience in financial management, accounting, or treasury functions (nonprofit experience is a plus). · Strong analytical and reporting skills. · Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets). · Organised, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. · Commitment to BSAPAC’s mission and values.
