Who we are looking for:
- friendly and caring volunteers who have a passion for gardening and enjoy socialising with others
- physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine
- if you share a passion for enriching the lives of the elderly, are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine, we’d love to hear from you!
About this role:
- perform light gardening tasks at Bethanie Peel or Bethanie Bert England Lodge in Cooloongup as a Gardening Helper.
- assist with light weeding and pruning, watering plants and garden beds, planting flowers and herbs and general garden maintenance to create tidy and calming outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy
- this fulfilling role would see you engage our residents in conversations, helping improve their wellbeing whist maintaining our lovely garden areas
