Organisation description:

Wintringham is a not-for-profit organisation providing a wide range of aged care, housing, and related support services to men and women aged 50 and over who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness. We employ over 1,000 staff and operate across Melbourne, Regional Victoria, and Hobart, Tasmania.

Wintringham is known for delivering high-quality, personalised lifestyle and recreation programs. We move away from a one-size-fits-all approach, with our multi-skilled Recreation Team blending recreation and leisure counselling to create meaningful activities tailored to each resident’s interests and abilities.

Wintringham is an Equal Opportunity employer. Everyone has the right to feel welcome, respected, and valued. The safety of older people is paramount, and we have zero tolerance for family violence, including elder abuse.

Wintringham proudly acknowledges Australia’s First Peoples as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of Country and pays respect to Elders past, present, and emerging. Diversity and inclusion strengthen our community and support our work to end homelessness for older people.
