Coffee and Chat with an Older Gentleman.

We're seeking a male volunteer to make regular visits to a gentleman living in aged care in Whittlesea.

He lives with the effects of a stroke and would benefit from some social connection. We're ideally after a kind volunteer willing to take him for a weekly drive to grab a coffee and chat.

Visits are flexible (1-2 hours per week or fortnight).

No experience needed - You just need to be kind, reliable and comfortable befriending someone experiencing the ups and downs that can accompany the ageing process.

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) is funded by the Australian Government and delivered by MS Plus. MS Plus is a child safe organisation with a Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy.
