Operations Coordinator

Help take the coordination load off our founder and build a stronger Fruit Share Adelaide — a role shaping how we rescue fruit and fight food waste across Adelaide. Support our founder with operational and admin tasks, coordinate harvest logistics (transport, equipment), and administer Common Fruit, our CRM for volunteers, fruit trees, and harvests — helping Harvest Leaders use it well. You'll develop documentation and clear processes from fruit enquiry to distribution, maintain records of harvests and volunteer hours, liaise with partners like OzHarvest and Foodbank, and support grant applications with accurate data.
