🌸 Cultural Connection - Macedonian Speaking Volunteer Opportunity – Brighten a Senior’s Day in Residential Aged Care! 🌸
💛 We’re seeking a Macedonian speaking volunteer to spend one-on-one time with an elderly resident in. You will not only provide friendship, but support cultural connection to the person you visit.
🗓 Monday to Friday
⏰ Flexible times: 10am–12pm or 2pm–4pm
🕒 30 minutes to 1 hour per visit
Your visit could include:
- 🌿 A gentle walk in the garden
- 🎱 A fun game of bingo
- ☕ Sharing coffee in the courtyard
- 💬 A warm chat and meaningful conversation
- 🎨 Or simply sitting together and being present
No special skills are needed — just kindness, patience, and a listening ear.
