Social Officer

Review the current social culture and activities of the Squadron and identify gaps between these and members' expectations. Make recommendations to the Management Committee to continue desirable activities and implement a plan to address unfilled expectations.
Identify the regularly scheduled events that involve social activities, determine the responsible officer or team and co-ordinate the social requirements with those persons.
Respond to approaches from the Sponsorship and Promotions team for assistance in attending to the socila requirements of their events.
Compile a list of preferred suppliers for social needs.
The applicant will work with the Vice Commodore and be part of the membership team. The opportunity to work in an office environment exists.
