Community and Fundraising Events Volunteer

What you’ll do: • Represent RMHC NA at community events • Speak confidently about our work and encourage donations • Sell raffle tickets or merchandise (EFTPOS training provided) • Assist with event set-up and pack-down (tables, signage, marquee) • Occasionally attend weekend or weekday events

What you’ll bring: • Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people • Reliable and responsible, especially when handling money • Able to manage light lifting during event setup

What you’ll get: • A fun, hands-on way to support RMHC NA families • Training and ongoing support • Opportunities to be part of community events across Townsville (and beyond) and meet new people

Weekday and/or weekend availability, volunteers can choose the level of commitment — from just a few events a year to more regular involvement.
