Expression of Interest - Sight Guide

We would love to hear from anyone interested in volunteering as a sight guide to assist our members who are blind or have low vision. Activities may include lunches out, visiting points of interest and outings to various places and will depart from Victor Harbour.

The outings will be relaxed and social in nature, where you might chat together, reminiscing, and swapping stories. Outings included activities such as lunches and socialising and will be expanded as our membership and volunteer numbers expand.

As a Sight Guide Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to improve the quality of life of our members who might be socially isolated or looking for another adventure to fill the diary for the week.

If you like to have some fun and help others, this could be the role you have been looking for.

We are hoping this will be an enjoyable experience for volunteers as well as our members.
