Their behind the scenes work improves readiness, efficiency, and member wellbeing - making them an essential part of the brigade’s success. This flexible role can be tailored to your skills, interests, and availability - whether you can help a little or a lot. If you’re community minded and want to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to welcome you. Some of the key ways you can contribute include:

  • Assist with administration, record-keeping, incident reporting and general brigade governance.
  • Support facility, vehicle and equipment upkeep, including basic checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Help manage storage, supplies and inventory to keep the brigade well resourced.
  • Contribute to social media, community engagement and promotion of brigade activities.
  • Provide welfare support by maintaining refreshment supplies and assisting during extended incidents.
