We are seeking a kind, patient volunteer to provide companionship for Alex one of our residents who would benefit greatly from calm, reassuring interaction.
About Alex Alex would love a friendly face to visit him on a weekly basis.
- Alex is a Scottish gentleman who migrated to Perth, many years ago, He was in the military and played the drums in the station band.
- Alex was a bus driver in Transperth before retiring.
- Alex enjoys meaning conversations and listening to all types of music.
Volunteer Role We are looking for someone who can:
- offer calm, reassuring company
- chat with Alex in a warm, understanding manner whilst Alex is having lunch.
Preferred Time From around 1:30 pm for an hour
