Volunteer Ambassadors (Wayfinders)

Our Ambassadors demonstrate excellent customer service skills, build rapport quickly, and are comfortable walking for extended periods. A good level of fitness is required, as each shift involves standing and walking for three hours.

Ambassadors are rostered Monday to Friday, with three available shift times: 7:00am–10:00am, 10:00am–1:00pm, and 1:00pm–4:00pm. Volunteers are asked to commit to the same weekly shift for a minimum of four months.

We have 30 vacant shifts available for a mid to late April start.
