Volunteer - Storeroom Assistant/Rag Cutter - Noosaville Store

Many of our stores operate 7 days a week, and even as little as 4 hours per week can make a meaningful impact. In this role, volunteers may assist with tasks such as:
- Sorting and categorising donated clothing and textiles
- Identifying items suitable for sale, recycling, or rag cutting
- Preparing unsellable textiles for recycling (rag cutting)
- Assisting with stock organisation in the storeroom
- Supporting the retail team by preparing items for the shop floor
- Maintaining a tidy, safe and organised sorting area while following safe work practices
The volunteers we are seeking will ideally:
- Be reliable and enjoy working as part of a team
- Be comfortable with hands-on tasks and working in a storeroom environment
- Have a positive and flexible attitude
- Be respectful and supportive of others
- Be willing to work within the ethos and values of the St Vincent de Paul Society QLD
