Baker – After School Program

We are seeking a volunteer who enjoys baking and cooking to support our after school program. This role focuses on preparing fresh, simple snacks that help create a welcoming and supportive space for young people in our community.

All ingredients are provided, and you’ll be working in a fully equipped kitchen (household-style, not industrial)Key Responsibilities

• Preparing baked goods and simple snacks for the week’s after school sessions

• Working with available fresh produce and pantry supplies

• Assisting with food preparation and organisation, ideally on Monday mornings when fresh food deliveries arrive

• Maintaining safe and hygienic food handling practices

• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised after use

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys baking and cooking

• Comfortable preparing food in moderate quantities

• Reliable and able to commit consistently

•Availability on Monday mornings is highly desirable
