Charity Partner Lead Volunteer - Northern Territory

In this rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in connecting communities and supporting charities where Share the Dignity can make a real impact. You’ll build relationships with new charity partners, maintain accurate records, and coordinate requests during campaigns by matching volunteers to delivery opportunities. You’ll stay in touch with charities to manage timelines, requests, and delivery needs, while ensuring all requests are tracked and handled smoothly.

Working closely with your Volunteer State Team Leader, you’ll also help assess requests outside of campaign periods and support the coordination of how donations reach charities—whether through local volunteers or delivery hubs. You’ll encourage volunteer participation, monitor sign-ups, and step in where additional support is needed to ensure deliveries are completed and recorded correctly. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work alongside Volunteer Leads and State Teams while following all Share the Dignity policies and procedures.
