What is WA No Interest Loans?
- WA No Interest Loans Scheme (WA NILS) provides low-income families and individuals across Western Australia with the opportunity to apply for small, no interest loans to help support financial independence. These loans help people purchase essential household items and services without the burden of interest charges or fees. As loans are repaid, the funds are paid forward to future applications within the community.
How will you be supporting WANILS?
- Being a friendly voice to support our clients’ both by telephone (East Perth) or face to face (Joondalup, Broome)
- Updating our clients on the status of their application.
- Supporting our clients through documents or next steps required to progress their application.
- Updating case notes for our team to progress applications to a decision, faster.
About You We are looking for people who:
- Are friendly and understanding with strong communication skills
- Can use an easy-to-use computer system
- Have an excellent phone manner
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Like to work as part of a team
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
