The Committee Secretary's duties are to assist with all admin tasks as required:
- Take and distribute minutes of meetings
- Prepare scripts for ceremonies
- Inviting special guests
- Prepare sign in sheets
- General admin duties as required
Why This Matters
- Meetings: Accurate records of meetings keeps the Committee on task and shows a true and correct statement of Committee meetings.
- Ceremonies: Ceremonies are an important part of events and efficient organisation and sending invitations to special guests are vital to their success
- Sign in Sheets: Maintain a good record of attendees at launch and team captain sessions ensure we have an accurate record of who attends any of these sessions.

While the event and the reasons we are part of the Committee are important, its a great way to meet like minded people all striving to raise funds for the Cancer Council of WA. Keeping the meetings fun and effective provides great memories for all involved them and the event
About You
We are looking for someone with
- Good computer skills
- Easy going personality
- Good communication skills
