As a Youth Centre Volunteer, you'll play an essential role in directly engaging with our kids. Here’s what to expect:

Centre Management *Open the centre and make it ready for a fun-filled day! *Keep all activities running smoothly and effectively.

Engage with Youth:

• Build positive relationships with the kids through friendly interactions, games, and activities (pool anyone?).
• Listen and support the youth, ensuring everyone feels valued and at home.

Activity Supervision

• Encourage participation in various games, crafts, and creative projects.
• Take initiative in leading or supporting themed nights! whether it’s cooking sessions, arts and crafts, or yoga classes, your ideas will shine!

Sales and Tidiness

• Handle small snack and drink sales.
• Ensure the centre is neat and tidy after sessions, preparing for the next day’s fun.

Flexible Shift Options!

You are able to volunteer any time between Wednesdays and Sundays, from3 pm to 9 pm, with flexible shifts available.

A recent National Police Clearance and a Working With Children Check are essential in this role#
