Youth Worker

We have set up a charity (based on a UK model) that provides support for young people at risk of disengagement to help continue education towards improved employability options. We are looking for volunteers to help with setup - contacts, understanding, advice, support and potentially paid roles. Knowledge of secondary schools, disengaged youth, school sport, counsellors, career guidance would all be useful in helping us build. Any knowledge about Rugby Union would be useful but not essential.
