Charity Secretary
Miracle Mums Movement Inc. is a survivor-led, trauma-informed charity supporting women to rebuild and create their dream lives after domestic abuse. As we grow and deliver funded programs, strong governance and accountability are essential to the work we do.
We are seeking a Charity Secretary with not-for-profit experience to support the organisation’s governance and compliance.
Key duties include preparing agendas, attending committee meetings, taking and distributing minutes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting ACNC and regulatory compliance. The role also includes supporting governance requirements related to funded program delivery and ensuring documentation is organised and up to date.
We are looking for someone with experience in a not-for-profit or charity setting, who understands governance processes, compliance obligations, and committee operations. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.

While the role is primarily remote, we would ideally love someone local to the Redcliffe/Moreton Bay area to allow for occasional in-person connection and a deeper understanding of our work.
