Kitchen Helper

Under the supervision of employees, assist with:  ·         planning, preparation and delivery of a range of meals  ·         maintain cleanliness of kitchen including all cupboards, dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezers  ·         assist in the development and delivery of program activities that relate to health and nutrition, and respond to individual client needs  ·         promote wellness, community inclusion, skill building opportunities, valued and meaningful activities, and positive relationships  ·         ensure dietary and cultural appropriateness of all meals/food prepared  ·         storage of equipment  1.        Foster and promote a collaborative positive environment 2.       Enact and promote Rise’s values and ethos in all behaviour, relationships and communication  3.       Demonstrate a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, occupational health and safety and risk management
