Join Cure Cancer as a volunteer at the EVA Air Sunshine Coast Marathon Festival 2026 and help support runners from across the country as they take on this unforgettable course along the Sunshine Coast.
We’re looking for friendly volunteers to assist at the Event Precinct, helping distribute event t-shirts to marathon, half marathon and 10km participants. You’ll play a key role in creating a great experience for runners throughout the event.
When and where: Alex SLSC (North of Skate Park) Thursday 30 July to Sunday 2 August 2026 Multiple shifts available
What you’ll do: • Distribute event t-shirts to participants • Help manage queues and keep lines moving smoothly • Support participants with general questions • Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
What we’re looking for: • Friendly and reliable people • Comfortable interacting with a large number of people • Able to be on your feet for a few hours • Happy to be part of a team
No experience needed, just a willingness to help.
