Fun Run Event Volunteers for Run2Cure Brisbane 16 August 2026
Over four weeks away
After the success of our first Brisbane Run2Cure in 2025, registered children’s cancer charity Neuroblastoma Australia is holding its now annual fun-run event Run2Cure in Brisbane on Sunday 16 August, 2026 at New Farm Park.
The aim of the event is to raise much needed funds for research into the rare children’s cancer, Neuroblastoma. The event consists of fun runs (Half Marathon 21.1K, 10K, 5K, 3K) and a 1K Little Heroes fun walk for families. There is also our event village - with kids activities, food trucks and entertainment for runners, families and everyone in between.
We are now looking for volunteers in the following areas to make our event a big success!
Pre-Event Day:
Saturday 15th August, 2026 7:30am – 12:00pm Location: New Farm Park
Event Day
Sunday 16th August, 2026 6am - 1pm, New Farm Park, Brisbane (shorter shifts available)
Volunteers needed for the following areas:
- Course marshals
- Registration & Bib collection
- Bag drop
- Start & finish line marshals
- Water stations
- Kids activities in event village (Working With Children Check/Blue Card ideal for these roles. If you have this, please let us know!)
