Arts & Craft Support Volunteer

As a STEPS Arts & Craft Support Volunteer you will be assisting facilitators in delivering engaging, inclusive, and enjoyable art sessions for participants of all ages and abilities. You’ll help create a welcoming and inspiring environment where participants feel encouraged to express themselves, build confidence, and develop new creative skills.

Key responsibilities will include: • Assist facilitators with the preparation and pack-down of art sessions
• Support participants during activities such as drawing, painting, and craft projects
• Provide encouragement and guidance tailored to individual abilities
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and culturally respectful environment
• Assist with organising materials and keeping the workspace clean and tidy
• Foster positive interactions and engagement among participants
