About the Role This is a key leadership role at the heart of our volunteer operations. You’ll lead and support a remote team, keeping day-to-day administration running smoothly while helping shape a positive, organised, and accountable team culture. It’s ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing people in a virtual environment — whether you’re an experienced manager looking to give back, or a skilled professional wanting to grow in a leadership context.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and coordinate a remote volunteer team of 15–20 people
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across the organisation
- Delegate tasks and maintain accountability across the team
- Maintain clear communication and foster a positive team culture
- Develop and improve systems, processes, and workflows
- Monitor team progress and report on performance

- Experience in administration, operations, or team coordination
- Confident communicator, comfortable managing people remotely
- Organised and self-motivated with good follow-through
