Your commitment is to volunteer at one clinic a month, totalling 3 hours per month (12-month commitment). You will volunteer as a Medical Support Officer (MSO), supporting the GP on roster by distributing the workload of the medical team and allowing for the smooth running of the clinic. Your role will include completing the initial assessment of a patient who has requested to see a doctor. This may include passing the patient onto a GP or completing the consult after initial consultation if within your scope.
