Vision Statement We will use our freedom to fight for the freedom of others.
Be Hers is on a mission to end human trafficking, slavery, and exploitation. We are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those who have been affected. By joining our team, you can help us raise awareness about this critical issue and support those impacted.
The Be Hers Mentoring Program provides a safe haven, opportunities, and the essential support needed to be a beacon of hope for multicultural and at-risk women who have been robbed of their freedom and dignity. Through consistent, trauma-informed mentoring, we empower women to rebuild confidence, strengthen life skills, and work toward meaningful and sustainable employment.
As part of this program, we are currently seeking Mentors to provide individual (1:1) participant support. Mentoring sessions are held Thursdays or Fridays between 1:00pm and 3:00pm, with scheduling arranged in coordination with program staff and participant availability.
This role focuses on building a trusting mentoring relationship and providing personalised support tailored to each participant’s goals, strengths, and needs.
