What You'll Be Doing:
Monitor the organisation's financial performance and sustainability
Review financial reports, budgets and forecasts
Provide financial reporting and guidance to the Board
Ensure appropriate financial systems, controls and risk management processes are in place
Support compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements
Work closely with management and external accountants/auditors as required
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making

Time required BOARD MEETINGS Board Meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month, 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm

Requirements Flu vaccination National Police Certificate Qualifications (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or Business:
Attend and actively participate in Board meetings. Meetings are mostly face-to-face in Bunbury:
