With a stable and committed Board, DIVRS is seeking one new Board Member to join as Deputy Chair. The organisation is in a strong governance position, has high calibre operational leadership and is considered a quality and valued partner by our large network of stakeholders.

We have developed a new strategic plan for 2026 - 2030 and would like the new board member to help us strengthen our visibilty and broader community engagement in Darebin and beyond to help diversify our funding base and expand how we turn community goodwill into impact that makes a difference.

About You

You are an inclusive leader with experience at a Board, Executive or Senior level. You have will have experience in communications or marketing that can help build the visibility of the organisation. Being a resident of Darebin is not a requirement for the role. Local and personal connections with the communities we serve, including lived experience, are highly regarded. The ability to demonstrate and represent DIVRS values is essential.
