Volunteer Member Engagement Officer

The role includes building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with charity members, support recruitment of new members through outreach, presentations and referrals, identify member needs and contribute to development of practical resources, support partnerships and joint initiatives across the sector, champion the work of these charities and promote their impact across the community, maintain accurate records of member engagements and improve member engagement through newsletters/events and training.
