Volunteer Engagement Officer

The role includes coordinating targeted communications for volunteer opportunities including events through a database, assisting with coordination of expressions of interest, supporting planning and delivery of community events, proactively enhancing the volunteer experience through engagement, feedback and recognition, driving initiatives that recognise and celebrate volunteers (including monthly and annual awards) and contributing to program reviews and evaluations to identify improvements.
