Volunteer Coordinator (2 Positions)

About the Role
As Volunteer Coordinator at Latin Community Hub (LCH), you will share responsibilities with the Senior Volunteer Manager, supporting the management of LCH’s volunteer resources. Key duties include developing and maintaining a mentoring programme, reviewing and enhancing administrative processes, assisting with sustainable recruitment strategies, and hosting regular Q&A meetings about LCH’s activities. You will collaborate closely with the Memberships, Events, and Public Relations Officers, report directly to the Senior Volunteer Manager, and closely follow guidance by the Management Committee.
Key Responsibilities
• Bilingual Proficiency: Essential bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) for successful communication with a multicultural membership base. • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership and initiative for coordinating and managing volunteers across multiple public events. • Communication: Communicate with staff, clients and stakeholders before, during and after the event. Keep accurate documentation of event process. • Evaluation and Improvement: Obtain feedback and analyse the results to identify areas of improvement.
