Our Clients still live in their own homes and attend our centre during the day for the essential social interaction and friendship that it provides. To maximise this wonderful service, our Staff rely on the help of our hardworking and committed Volunteers, and we're currently looking for more like-minded people to join our team.
Our Volunteers assist paid Staff Members on our daily bus service with collecting Clients in the morning and then returning them safely home in the afternoon. Our Volunteers assist either in-centre or with our outings, being an extra set of eyes, ears and hands to make sure that our Clients are happy, enjoying their day, and having their needs met. You will not be required to assist with any duties of a medical or personal nature, as this is the role of our paid Staff Members.
