We are looking for individuals who:

-Have an interest or background in education, youth work, community services, or similar fields -Possess strong literacy and communication skills (Year 5/6 level and above) -Are patient, approachable, and confident working with young people -Demonstrate cultural safety and trauma-informed practice and the ability to engage with diverse communities -Are reliable and able to commit consistently to scheduled sessions -Are open to feedback and ongoing learning

Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with children is highly regarded but not essential.
