Deputy Associate Director (DAD) – Professional Development

Duties:

  • Facilitating suitable CBD meetups and online webinar series to promote skills.

  • Canvassing their professional networks appropriately to help identify what factors might encourage Chapter membership retention or drive attrition – with regards to professional development.

-Develop and manage a coordinated, yearlong program to enhance the professional development (PD) of members of the Queensland Chapter.

-Ensure that all Professional Development activities support the needs and desires of the business and educational communities of the Queensland area.

-Establish lines of communication with those communities for program guidance.

-Assist the AD to develop and coordinate educational activities, such as SCALE Toastmasters and the PMIQ Career Club.

-Develop and maintain positive relationships with certification providers.
